Delivery & Receipt

  • Do I need to be home to sign for the package? Because caviar is highly perishable, we highly recommend being available to receive the package immediately. While we do not strictly require a signature for residential deliveries, we are not responsible for spoilage if the package is left outdoors in high temperatures for extended periods.

  • Can I ship to a P.O. Box? No. Due to the requirement for overnight transit and temperature control, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical street address for all deliveries.

  • What should I do as soon as the package arrives? Open the box immediately, remove the tins from the thermal liner, and place them in the coldest part of your refrigerator (usually the bottom drawer or the very back). Do not put them in the freezer.
